SALON D’WHATEVER OPENINGS

First Wednesday of every month

Salon d’Whatever is a pop up art gallery based in New Orleans, Louisiana and takes place upstairs at Anna’s. Our monthly shows focus on the work of local artists and creators in the service industry.

Our current installation is with Nyssa Frank on March 8th. *We will host this opening on a Saturday this month!

The first half of the opening will feature large resin collages of original paintings by Nyssa, and selected items important to their life over the past 7 years in New Orleans.

Half of all the sales will go to local DIY and non-profit community organizations.

This event is for one month.

For the second half, it will open to anyone who wants to drop off a small piece (4 inches by 4 inches) to Nyssa at 1235 Elysian Fields. Then they will resin them all together and feature the new collaborative pieces on March 26th.

The collaborative pieces will be for sale at "name your price."  To purchase, message Nyssa with which piece you would like and what you can afford. First come first serve.

*Our upcoming show will be on April 2nd, 6-9pm entitled Anna Nicole Smith: American Icon. This show features 10+ artists with mixed media work dedicated to our lord and savior, Anna Nicole Smith.
